โดยการใช้งานบริการ MKP WebHub ("บริการ") คุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ · กรุณาอ่านโดยละเอียดก่อนใช้
1. คำนิยาม
- "บริการ": หมายถึง MKP WebHub · platform automation สำหรับ social media (Facebook · Instagram · TikTok · YouTube)
- "คุณ" / "ผู้ใช้": หมายถึงบุคคลหรือนิติบุคคลที่สมัครใช้บริการ
- "เรา" / "ผู้ให้บริการ": Meekhuang Powerup เจ้าของแพลตฟอร์ม MKP WebHub
- "คอนเทนต์": โพสต์ · รูปภาพ · วิดีโอ · ข้อความ ที่ผู้ใช้สร้างหรือ upload
2. บริการที่เราให้
MKP WebHub ให้บริการ:
- Schedule Posts: ตั้งเวลาโพสต์ล่วงหน้าไปยัง FB Pages · IG Business · TikTok · YouTube
- Bulk Publishing: สร้าง 1 caption → กระจายไป N targets พร้อมกัน
- Content Analytics: วิเคราะห์ engagement · top hashtags · best posting time
- AI Content Generation: สร้าง draft จาก Content DNA ของเพจคุณ
- Calendar View: ดู scheduled posts ในรูปแบบปฏิทิน
- Multi-account Management: จัดการหลายเพจ FB / IG จากที่เดียว
3. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้
3.1 คุณต้อง:
- ปฏิบัติตาม Facebook Platform Terms และ Community Standards
- ปฏิบัติตาม Instagram Platform Policy
- เป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์ หรือมีสิทธิ์ในคอนเทนต์ทั้งหมดที่ upload
- เป็นเจ้าของหรือมีอำนาจจัดการเพจ FB / IG ที่ connect
- เก็บรหัสผ่านบัญชีเป็นความลับ · ไม่แชร์ login
- แจ้งเราทันทีหากสงสัยว่าบัญชีถูก compromise
3.2 คุณต้องไม่:
🚫 การกระทำที่ห้ามเด็ดขาด: หากตรวจพบ เราจะระงับบัญชีทันที โดยไม่คืนเงิน
- โพสต์ spam · scam · phishing · misinformation
- โพสต์เนื้อหาผิดกฎหมาย (สื่อลามก · เนื้อหาที่เป็นอันตราย · ละเมิดทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา)
- ใช้ระบบเพื่อ scraping · crawling · data harvesting ที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- ขายต่อ Access Token หรือใช้บัญชีร่วมกับผู้อื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- พยายาม reverse engineer · decompile · hack ระบบ
- โอเวอร์โหลด API ของ Meta จนเกิด rate limit หลายครั้ง
- ใช้บอท · automation ที่ผิดต่อ Meta ToS (เช่น auto-DM ลูกค้า)
- โพสต์ในนามผู้อื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
4. บัญชีและความปลอดภัย
- คุณต้องอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป หรือมีผู้ปกครองอนุญาต
- คุณต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- คุณรับผิดชอบทุกกิจกรรมในบัญชีของคุณ
- เราอาจ verify ตัวตนของคุณก่อน activate features บางอย่าง
- เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับบัญชีที่ละเมิดเงื่อนไข
5. การชำระเงินและการสมัครสมาชิก
5.1 แผนสมาชิก
- Free / Trial: ฟีเจอร์จำกัด · ใช้งานได้
- Pro: ฟีเจอร์ครบ · จำกัด accounts
- Enterprise: Custom · contact sales

5.2 การชำระเงิน
- เรียกเก็บค่าสมาชิกล่วงหน้าเป็นรายเดือนหรือรายปี
- Payment processor: [TODO: ระบุชื่อ payment gateway]
- ราคา รวม VAT 7% (ถ้ามี)
- ไม่คืนเงินสำหรับเดือนที่ใช้ไปแล้ว · ยกเว้นกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนด
- หากชำระเงินไม่สำเร็จ · เราจะระงับ Pro features หลัง 7 วัน
5.3 การยกเลิก
- คุณสามารถยกเลิกได้ทุกเมื่อใน Settings → Billing
- การยกเลิกจะมีผลในรอบเรียกเก็บถัดไป
- ข้อมูลของคุณจะถูกเก็บไว้ 30 วัน · จากนั้นลบทั้งหมด
6. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
- ของคุณ: คอนเทนต์ที่คุณ upload / สร้าง · เป็นของคุณทั้งหมด · เราเพียงเก็บและส่งต่อให้ Meta / TikTok / YouTube
- ของเรา: ระบบ MKP WebHub · code · design · trademarks · เป็นของ Meekhuang Powerup
- License ให้เรา: คุณให้สิทธิ์เราจัดเก็บ · ประมวลผล · ส่งต่อคอนเทนต์ของคุณเพื่อให้บริการเท่านั้น
- AI Generated Content: Draft ที่ AI สร้างจาก DNA ของคุณ · เป็นของคุณ · แต่คุณรับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบก่อนโพสต์
7. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

- เราให้บริการ "AS IS" · ไม่รับประกันว่าจะไม่มี downtime · bug · หรือ error
- เราไม่รับผิดชอบสำหรับ:
- การลบบัญชี FB / IG ของคุณโดย Meta (เช่น ละเมิด Community Standards)
- การเปลี่ยนแปลง API ของ Meta / TikTok / YouTube ที่ทำให้ฟีเจอร์ไม่ทำงาน
- การสูญเสียทางธุรกิจที่เกิดจาก downtime
- ผลกระทบจากคอนเทนต์ที่คุณโพสต์
- ความรับผิดของเราจำกัดที่จำนวนค่าบริการที่คุณจ่ายใน 12 เดือนล่าสุด
8. การระงับและยกเลิกบัญชี
เรามีสิทธิ์ระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีของคุณหาก:
- คุณละเมิดเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้
- คุณละเมิด Meta · TikTok · YouTube ToS
- ค้างชำระค่าบริการเกิน 30 วัน
- มีกิจกรรมที่น่าสงสัย / ผิดกฎหมาย
- คำสั่งทางกฎหมาย
เราจะแจ้งล่วงหน้า 7 วัน ยกเว้นกรณีร้ายแรง
9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข
- เราอาจปรับเงื่อนไขเป็นครั้งคราว
- การเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ · เราจะแจ้ง 30 วันล่วงหน้า
- การใช้งานต่อหลังการเปลี่ยนแปลง = การยอมรับเงื่อนไขใหม่
- หากไม่ยอมรับ · ยกเลิกบัญชีได้
10. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
- เงื่อนไขนี้อยู่ภายใต้ กฎหมายไทย
- ข้อพิพาทใดๆ ให้ขึ้นศาลในเขตอำนาจของ ศาลแขวงกรุงเทพมหานคร
- หากส่วนใดของเงื่อนไขขัดกฎหมาย · ส่วนที่เหลือยังมีผลบังคับใช้

1. Definitions
- "Service": MKP WebHub · social media automation platform (Facebook · Instagram · TikTok · YouTube)
- "You" / "User": Individual or entity using the Service
- "We" / "Provider": Meekhuang Powerup, owner of MKP WebHub
- "Content": Posts, images, videos, text you create or upload
2. What We Provide
- Schedule Posts to FB Pages, IG Business, TikTok, YouTube
- Bulk Publishing: 1 caption → N targets simultaneously
- Content Analytics: engagement metrics, top hashtags, best timing
- AI Content Generation from your page's Content DNA
- Calendar View for scheduled posts
- Multi-account Management
3. Acceptable Use
3.1 You must:
- Comply with Facebook Platform Terms and Community Standards
- Comply with Instagram Platform Policy
- Own or have rights to all content you upload
- Own or be authorized to manage connected FB/IG pages
- Keep your password confidential
- Notify us immediately of suspected account compromise
3.2 You must NOT:
🚫 Strictly prohibited: Detection results in immediate account suspension without refund.
- Post spam, scam, phishing, or misinformation
- Post illegal content (adult, harmful, IP infringing)
- Use for unauthorized scraping, crawling, or data harvesting
- Resell Access Tokens or share accounts
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack
- Overload Meta API causing repeated rate limits
- Use bots/automation violating Meta ToS (e.g. auto-DM)
- Post on behalf of others without authorization
4. Account & Security
- You must be 18+ or have parental consent
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information
- You are responsible for all activity in your account
- We may verify your identity before activating certain features
- We reserve the right to suspend violating accounts
5. Payment & Subscription
5.1 Plans
- Free / Trial: Limited features
- Pro: Full features · account limit
- Enterprise: Custom · contact sales

5.2 Payment
- Billed in advance (monthly or yearly)
- Payment processor: [TODO]
- Prices include 7% VAT (if applicable)
- No refunds for used periods (except as required by law)
- Failed payment → Pro features suspended after 7 days
5.3 Cancellation
- Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing
- Effective next billing cycle
- Data retained 30 days, then deleted
6. Intellectual Property
- Yours: Content you upload/create remains yours · we store and forward to platforms
- Ours: MKP WebHub system · code · design · trademarks · owned by Meekhuang Powerup
- License to Us: You grant us right to store, process, forward your content solely to provide the service
- AI Generated Content: AI drafts from your DNA are yours · you're responsible for review before posting
7. Limitation of Liability

- Service provided "AS IS" · no warranty of uptime, bug-free, or error-free
- We are not liable for:
- Your FB/IG account deletion by Meta (e.g. Community Standards violation)
- Meta/TikTok/YouTube API changes breaking features
- Business losses from downtime
- Consequences of content you post
- Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You violate Meta/TikTok/YouTube ToS
- Overdue payment >30 days
- Suspicious or illegal activity
- Legal order
We notify 7 days in advance, except in severe cases.
9. Terms Changes
- We may update Terms periodically
- Material changes notified 30 days in advance
- Continued use = acceptance of new Terms
- Cancel account if you disagree
10. Governing Law
- Terms governed by Thai law
- Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Bangkok Civil Court
- If any clause is invalid, others remain in force
